I am calling for 40 individuals to step out in faith and become part of a founding group of Gospel Patrons called The First 40.
Each Gospel Patron will help provide the financial foundation to produce and distribute the pilot episode of GOD IN THE WILD — positioning it for a full first season on network and streaming platforms.
I am asking each of The First 40 to contribute $3,000.
GOD IN THE WILD is an unscripted reality television series like none before it, because God is the hero of the story. More than a wilderness survival show, this series is about how God can reignite a heart that may be burnt out. In this pilot, I’ll take one participant who has drifted from their faith deep into the wild—not just to survive the elements by finding shelter, water, fire, and food—but to encounter the presence of God in a raw, unfiltered, and life-changing way.
The goal isn’t just physical survival. It’s soul revival.
In this profound, documentary-style pilot, viewers will witness one person’s fight to reconnect with the Lord. Everyone who has ever wondered what’s standing in the way of God’s plan and purpose for their life will relate to, cheer for, cry with, and be encouraged by the trials and triumphs of our participant as God moves in the show. The wilderness becomes the backdrop for restoration—and the Gospel their true guide home. God is really out there ready to change lives. Will our participant answer the call?
The pilot is just the beginning. With your help, we will use this powerful first episode to launch a global crowdfunding campaign—fueling the production of a six-episode first season of GOD IN THE WILD.
Each episode will take a new participant into the wilderness to face both the elements and the deeper battles of the soul. These raw and redemptive journeys will reach far beyond survival—they will carry the Gospel to screens and hearts around the world.

As a special “thank you” for your contribution as a First 40 member, you will receive a number of incentives, which include:
A hand-crafted, numbered leather-bound Bible and my survival knife, identical to those presented to each cast member at the end of their journey in the Wild. Each leather Bible will be laser-engraved with the show title and THE FIRST 40: NO. ___, numbered in order of contributions. These are very limited items to be received at the private screening.
An invitation (for you and your family to an exclusive pre-screening of the GOD IN THE WILD pilot episode in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2026. There will be a ceremony during the live private viewing event in which we honor our First 40 patrons and present them with their Bible and survival knife.
